How do I place an order?
Our site is designed to make shopping online secure, hassle-free, and enjoyable. Simply add products to your card and check out with your credit card. Our goal is to make your shopping experience with us an enjoyable one. If for some reason it is not, please feel free to let us know how we can improve.
How Your Order is Received
When you submit an order, it is transmitted securely to our office in an encrypted format.

Acknowledgement
When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours.
Changing or Canceling Orders
To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately, as there may be a chance that we have already processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.
Payment
Orders can be placed by using one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

Shipping
All shipments will be shipped via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise noted. If an expedited freight method is selected, additional charges may apply. Shipping fees are based on weight and ship-to-zone and will be calculated upon checkout.
Product Representation
We have attempted to display properly the colors and proportions of our products shown on the website. However, colors and proportions may be misrepresented depending on your monitor. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors your monitor displays.
Privacy Policy
To respect your privacy, we guarantee that any and all information you provide will remain strictly confidential and safely stored. No information about visitors to our site will be sold, shared, or made accessible to any entity foreign to SWBC.
Returns
We will gladly replace any defective merchandise. Before returning a defective or damaged item, please email georgie@ynis.net for a return authorization. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. If the merchandise you received is damaged during shipping, be sure to indicate this in writing on your delivery receipt. Returns for reasons other than incorrect or damaged product received are not acceptable. Product produced in support of this program is decorated to order and not able to be returned or exchanged for incorrect size order, change of mind, etc.
Delivery Information
You can expect delivery within 10-15 working days depending on personalizations. Some items may be temporarily on backorder and shipment will be made as soon as items are received,
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Texas and Florida, which will be automatically applied to your online order.
